Excellent and quick service…arrived 40 minutes after I phoned about an overflow… ballcocks installed and tank cleaned…cost £225 with emergency call-out… a very reasonable price given what was done…thoroughly recommended…

Edward,(eddy) replaced a sequential, exposed shower control. He completed the job in about an hour, he was methodical and knew his job.An easy man to get on with, fast response. I have no hesitation in recommending E&R plumbing . This was a reasonably small job, but if this was the response and quality of his work, then larger more intense jobs should be no problem.

A very professional company.During the recent cold weather, our radiator broke at work which needed fixing quickly.They came round within a couple of hours of the initial call and quickly assessed what needed doing. They said that they need to get the correct bits and would be back at 9am the next day.They arrived promptly the next day and the radiator was fixed less than 24hours from the first contact.We will definitely use them again.

Wouldn't recommend this plumber, cross threaded bath waste trap so water leaked leaked through ceiling downstairs, turned off valves in airing cupboard which seized and had to be replaced. I've been told by others that you shouldn't touch these if they are old. Now my radiators upstairs get hot when the hot water is on but not the heating. I phoned E&R on many occasions but they never answered, I went on their website and left a message which they acknowledged but never got back to me. Cowboys, use at your peril.
