From the very first Zoom meeting Paul was positive and enthusiastic about our project. He gave us a number of options for what we wanted to do and came up with ideas we would never have thought of, such as a small decked area in front of the kitchen in our south facing front garden. We haven’t been the easiest of clients - changing our minds several times about what we want but we have always found Paul to be responsive and helpful. My husband and I always insisted that we would never take on a major building project but Paul and his team have truly made the process as painless as possible.
