This branch of Selco is absolutely awful. constant problems with orders being either late or some items not being delivered. they don't deliver yet you hen need to chaise them for refund of items which was missing. It takes ages...

I think this is the worst selco ever they can't get anything right. The girls on the shop floor is great but is the people at the delivery desk. No one seems to know what they doing there. I am shopping there for years and they never get a delivery right or on time. I wouldn't be shopping there anymore.

Huge range of stock and the guy on the customer enquiry desk was very helpful and friendly if you can't find what your looking for here then I don't know where ? Thoroughly recommend this place .

I'll give you 2 stars although the trade desk customer service deserves only 1.This isn't the first time this happened, in addition i was served by the same person who doesn't wear her name tag so I had to ask other staff for her name. Her name was Karen.I understand the importance of manners but I come to this store to shop for building materials, not to be forcefully, rudely and unrightfully taught children's etiquette by someone who isn't displaying correct/polite etiquette herself. I asked for help politely and instead I heard what my mom hasn't taught me" which was extremely unprofessional of her and I found very offensive.When I'm served by her colleagues I never have these sort of problems. They are always polite and my issues are resolved professionally."

3 yr customer, the worst branch if you are a foreigner in the uk, aggressive manager and staff don’t care at all , rude , just check the other comments no one cares , i ll scrnshot and send to headquarter all this so maybe someone give you guys a training so other customer don’t be harassed like us
