10/10 we used Toto for the first time not that long ago. Like some people you're always sceptical about leaving others with your pets. There was absolutely nothing to fear, Karen was super amazing. We left to go on holiday in a rush and accidentally shut one of the cats in the room. As soon as we realised one quick message and it was all sorted Highly highly recommend these guys.

Communication from the start has been great. The home visit to get to know our cats was such a relief. To see how Sue just knew what to do with them and them not being stressed which they normally would be. We left for a holiday stress free and came back stress free thanks to the updates! Definitely going to book the service again.

Tried Toto home service for the first time this summer (2023) and would highly recommend. We were out of the country for 10 days and with regular updates and photos from Karen we felt really confident our cat ‘Kit’ was well taken care of. They even helped out with an incident with our smoke alarm! Great comms and support either side of our trip too. We will be using their services again.

Toto have been amazing at looking after our Oliver. Simon was very responsive and super friendly when I needed a last minute booking. The service system is also very easy to use which is great! Karen was absolutely lovely and provided us with updates on Oliver whilst we were away which gave us peace of mind. 100% would recommend Toto and the team to anyone who requires a cat sitter :) Execeptional service.

We used Toto for the first time over the weekend. It was the first time I have left our cats overnight without a family member and so I was a little nervous but Sue was brilliant. From the first home call to get to know the cats to the picture updates and messages, the whole process was excellent and you could tell that there was a genuine care shown towards the cats. I would recommend Toto to anyone - so glad we found it and will definitely be using again! Thanks Sue!

Can’t recommend Toto enough, they have been wonderful with our cat, who loves Sue her cat sitter - and she is a timid cat, so that says a lot. The service they provide gives us peace of mind - we can go away knowing our cat is in very safe and caring hands. Thank you Sue and the Toto team!

A wonderful service. Sue was brilliant with our cats who are usually very shy with strangers. Both of the cats were very relaxed in her company when she came round to introduce herself. Also very neat and tidy when we came back from holiday. So glad that we found you to look after the cats!

It was our first time using Toto and we were very impressed.We went away knowing our cat was in safe hands with Sue and Karen. It was so reassuring to receive pictures and reports from the stay and play visits.
