Be careful with this place. Appalling service by staff. Never been treated like this by an estate agency. Been chasing up for a viewing and been given the run around by staff for over two weeks just for a viewing. Called the office and was shooed off the phone by a lady repeating a message that I would get a call back later on in the week and then literally just said goodbye and hung up the phone. Shameful service. Shame on you. Will be reporting to the property ombundsman and the first tier tribunal.

Although as a purchaser I wasn't strictly speaking their client but I had a positive experience dealing with Andersons, I can say they negotiated firmly on behalf of their clients.From my perspective arranging viewings were easy to arrange and the staff were very accommodating especially on those last minute extra visits and viewings. Our situation was a little bespoke and we were on a tight time schedule, the staff were able to deal with this efficiently and on time.Lastly I would add that their expertise in the property market in this area of Essex is very good borne from years of experience.

A big thanks to James and Debbie for negotiating the very swift sale of our property in Felsted. Thankfully we were not not involved in a chain but Debbie always kept us appraised of the situation with our purchaser’s solicitor. James and his team were very professional from the outset. He provided an appropriate valuation and when marketed Debbie was very efficient and good advise was provided to agree terms. The transaction was somewhat protracted due to the pandemic, but Andersons kept both parties well informed and on board. The pre-completion service was very satisfactory. I would strongly recommend them.

We recently sold our house through Anderson .The whole experience was stress free . Although we lost the first buyer ,but Debbie found us another buyer within a week and with a higher offer . Debbie kept us regularly updated through the whole process contacting solicitors and estate agents on both sides.She was always approachable, and professional,and friendly.
