A Thing of Beauty Sewing Studio

Helen is by far the best sewing tutor I have ever worked with, I attempted to learn to sew in the past but was always made to feel stupid when I didn’t know certain things. When you learn with Helen there is never a stupid question, she will talk you through exactly what you need to know and show you how to achieve it without making you feel stupid. It is like going for sewing therapy when you go to the studio, it’s a lovely warm and inviting studio where everyone feels at home. Helen has helped me sew some wonderful clothing, my most challenging being a quilted sleeve bomber jacket - something I would never have achieved without her help.If you are thinking of going to the studio just do it, you won’t regret it. Just take some money too as you will want to buy some of the beautiful fabric and numerous sewing accessories that she has for sale.

I've just started learning (or re-learning) to sew under Helen's guidance. What a lovely welcoming atmosphere! A beautiful sewing studio, personal attention when you need it and inspiration all around. I'm looking forward to each lesson!
