I have problems with my Roman shower door -- it keeps slipping out of its runners--an engineer called to fix it but it still keeps slipping from the runners . Little help from the plumbers who supplied the unit and Roman are not responding to my Emails for help with the problem -- WHY ?? Whoo should I phone to speak to someone there who can help me ?

My runner for the shower snapped off after daily use for 10 years, suppose it’s to be expected. Rang customer services and the replacement part arrived with 48 hours. Amazing customer service and one less thing to worry about in these difficult Covid 19 times

I had a faulty lower bearing failure on a relatively new shower. While I was disappointed with this (although in fairness it could have been damaged by heavy handed use), I was really pleased by the helpful and friendly after sales service. This part and an extra spare set was included in the parcel which arrived really quickly. Thank you so much for your help!

Item was damaged. Could easily see the staff members were struggling to lift the shower screen but apparently nothing was ben done about the health and safety side.

having my shower fitted 6 months ago we have only been able to use it for about 3 weeks when it was safe to use and unbroken. the one star is because I could not give it any less.i have now been ask to wait a month before they will even come and look at it

Products look great but what difference does it make if you have questions and the company is too busy to pick up the phone. Tried a number of times but why bother, there must be other companies that want your business more. Disappointing

Wow! What amazing showers! Great company with great service, would’ve given 100 stars but could only give 5, shower time is now my favourite time of the day thanks to my new shower
