I can’t speak more highly of the team, Laurence, Paul, Adam, Leo, all specialists in the trade who care about customers and cars! A rare find these days. The Saturday surgery is also a great way to ensure your car is running well and to keep ahead on preventative maintenance.

I booked my GTA in for a free health check a couple of months ago on a Saturday morning. Leo did the health check and he was very thorough and happy to spend the time to explain his findings.Off the back of the health check I booked the car in to rectify the issues with the car. It wasn't too long a list fortunatley.I've just picked the car up and it's completely transformed the car. They did quite a bit of 'future proofing' particularly the underside.Although quite a bit of further/extra work was needed, Laurence talked me through this and explained why it should be done.When I picked up the car Leo was on hand to show me everything he had done.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laurence and his team!

Laurence and the team did a thorough investigation of a drivetrain problem on my 159Q4, which had been rumbling away for many months. I'd had opinions from others (to be fair, not Alfa specialists) that pointed to an expensive repair, but Autolusso correctly identified the most likely cause, did some tests, replaced one item and confirmed their diagnosis. The key here was that their experience of the 159 and in particular the Q4 meant they had a good idea of the likely cause. I'm very happy to recommend to all Alfisti!

Always take my Alfa here for repairs, got let down by Halfords yesterday cancelled my MOT without warning, contact Laurence on spur of moment, he arranged a MOT for me for today, Laurence went above and beyond to help his customers. Thank you.

Laurence Preston and his team are running such a great business here; they are personable and knowledgeable and very professional. I brought an Alfa GT from Laurence and part exchanged my old car. I booked my car for a cambelt change. All went well, it was done on time and at the price quoted. On the way home an engine light came on, Autolusso said bring it in and we'll have a look. As soon as I arrived they diagnosed the fault, nothing to do with the previous work. They changed a cheapo Lambda sensor that a PO had fitted and fitted a correct one from their stock. They were at all times efficient, informative and, above all, friendly. It's not often that you stumble across a place like this and I can't recommend them highly enough. Also, the variety of the cars in the garage make it a pleasant place to hang around.
