Carl was extremely professional from the concept, quote and work. Carl's attention to detail was second to none and ensured that the quality of work was performed to exacting standards. Carl went to great lengths to ensure that the surrounding areas of the bathroom were fully covered so that no was no damage. Carl was very approachable whilst executing the work and ensured that we were kept fully informed of any issues once the work had begun. The quality of the work is outstanding and the en-suite shower room looks better than new. Carl has done the most fantastic job in restoring the tiles, grouting and silicone throughout the en-suite shower room. 5 Star Outstanding Workmanship and highly recommended. 5 Star.

Our (very old) shower had been in need of some TLC for a while, and I’m so glad we booked Carl from GroutGleam to help restore it. Carl was professional, polite and clearly knowledgable about shower tiles/ grouting. Carl took the time to fully explain the process step by step, and ensured I was happy with the progress at each stage. Carl is very professional. He responded to our calls promptly. His quote was quite competitive and work was done in a very professional and efficient manner.He cleaned the grouting at our place and also replaced all sealings in the bathrooms.We are very happy with his work. Carl attended to our shower unit today after giving us a quote merely 2 days prior. He was early to the job and got to work immediately. I was asked to review the progress half way to make sure I was happy so far and to raise any concerns or questions at that stage but there were none. He kept me updated as he progressed and did more than he initially said he would be doing but at no extra charge.Carls work is meticulous and he does not skip corners or take shortcuts. I would highly recommend him and if the need arises will 100% have him back to do more.

Carl siliconed and gleamed our grouting in 2 showers. He is such a conscientious and hard worker. The pictures that he posts are no exaggeration. Our showers were much grottier than I realised. He cleaned all the nooks and crannies as well the grouting and siliconing, and the showers look brand new. Amazing job.
