Superb shopping at Levi’s Cambridge totally thanks to David.Perceptive, smart and very attentive in finding me a great pair of jeans today. Nothing was too much trouble. Finding a great pair of jeans is a task I hate - I am fussy, as we all are to get a wardrobe basic which makes us feel fab. Today it was a dream. Will definitely go back to this store. Levi’s are exceptionally lucky to have such an attentive and caring member of their retail team.

EXCELLENT STORE , VISIT IT MANY TIMES A MONTH TO CHECK WHAT NEW CLOATHES THEY HAVE IN, NICE YOUNG MAN ALWAYS GREETS ME IN THE STORE, SORRY I DONT KNOW HIS NAME, YOUNGISH LAD WITH GLASSES AND WEARS ALOT OF T SHIRTS WITH OVERSHIRTS, VERY PLEASED AND VERY HELPFUL MEMBER OF STAFF , LEVIS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A ATTENTIVE MEMBER OF STAFF

Really nice and helpful staff, lovely shop. I got an NHS blue light card discount and they were super helpful when I had a change of heart about a purchase, and they let me exchange it for a different colour and when the size I wanted wasn’t in stock they ordered it for me online with free delivery to my home. Really impressed with the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Edit: Store refunded the cost and added in the rips, as well as posted the jeans back. Star added.Really poor service. Quite disappointed!Dropped some jeans off for an adjustment (we live 30 minutes from Cambridge) and was told they would be ready the following Wednesday. Came back to collect the following Saturday and not only could they not find my new levis (worrying) but they hadn't even adjusted them because they forgot to mark where the rips should be". We then went back AGAIN to collect later that day they still hadn't been done due to them not bothering to call

After they have your money, expect zero after sales service. Just come down to the store to be told to go home and call them. They have no Big-and-Tall sizes available in store, with only advice possible being “go order online and wait 3-5 business days for delivery.” Not the staff’s fault of course, but still a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I’ll just stay home then, shall I?

Visited to replace a pair of jeans which are now too small and sales were wonderful. They got me the jeans in a couple of different sizes, showed me to the changing room and offered assistance in way that made me feel comfortable.Been to this store a number of times and cannot fault their staff they are so friendly and helpful. I don’t even mind paying extra over asos etc because it’s worth the nice service.

The staff who assisted me and my husband was excellent. He was very helpful. I just hope everyone was like that in the store. Unfortunately the one who alters the jeans is so mean. He told my husband at first that he can bring his jeans back even til 30min before 4pm to be altered and get it that day. My husband drove more than 12miles to get his jeans but when he arrived at the store, the guy said he can’t do it anymore. My husband left his jeans then and was about to wait for a week. Hể then received a call that he can now collect his jeans a few days after and the same guy told him they are open til 6pm. My husband arrived at the store at 5pm and the same guy again who he spoke with on the phone said they close at 5pm. I hope this guy gets off from the store as its a shame he is ruining what should be an excellent review
