HeadScape Counselling and Therapy Service

I 've finished a course at Headscape. TBH I wasn't sure if counselling would be for me. I want others to know, I shouldn't have worried. Leana is so easy to open up too and rather than feeling like an intrusion, I just felt lighter after every session. I feel like I've got me back.

I came to Leana because I was experiencing deep grief over the loss of several loved ones. I connected with Leana immediately. She not only listened to what YOU need but she will guide you with compassion and empathy and without judgement. She validates and educates with kindness. I worked through many issues, not just grief. Leana helped me through the worst time of my life and I could not recommend her enough. You will not regret taking this step, I promise.

I came to Headscape & spoke with Andrew over a period of a couple of months, after developing & suffering with an anxiety disorder & deep, prolonged bouts of depression over several years. The counselling has been insightful & compassionate, providing a safe space to discuss & explore problems honestly, openly & candidly, & more importantly - to move forward. Although I'm an outgoing and confident person, there are still times I suffer from anxiety, depression and lack of trust. On this occasion, rather than bury my head in the sand, avoidance... which snow balls and caused pain to myself while also affecting others. I decided to talk and share my issues with HeadScape who helped and guided me to turn the negative thoughts into positives. I want to personally thank Andrew for his help, Thankyou... I'm in a better place...
