ABC Surveys

I ordered a Level 2 buyer's survey for a mid-century flat in March 2023. I was referred to them by real estate agents, and after reading all the reviews, agreed to use their services. I was hoping they would have a good knowledge about local properties as they are local surveyors from Teddington. Richard was quick to organize the visit and prepare the report. He acted independently with no delays and without a need to follow up. The report was well elaborated and had many valuable recommendations.However you need to bear in mind that he is not an expert in Japanese knotweed and asbestos, if those areas are of a particular concern, you need to find separate surveyors. Also he might be not proactive in terms of email communication, I asked for a sample report for example and specific survey questions, but got no response. You have to call him.Overall, I would recommend ABC Surveys and would use them again.
