I was sent for a reminder for my eye test, so I booked it on the website ever so easily. On the day of the test I was seen by the optician Elmear Banks, and after by her assistant Aisha. Both were on time dealing with me and pleasant and most important very knowledgeable and enjoying their work. Gave me options of new glasses or contact lenses and put my mind at ease on my ongoing glaucoma. A pleasure to be one of their customers. Thank you Bryan

If I could given zero stars I would. Terrible service, customer service team lie about entitlement of NHS pairs for children. They have not got the time or the manners to deal with you. Go to Boots or another opticians instead.

I recently had an excellent experience at Specsavers Friargate. They provided exceptionally fast service, completing my eye test within 15 minutes. Optician Mohammed and Natalie were outstanding in assisting me with frame selection, considering my high prescription. The staff, overall, were responsive, polite, friendly, and attentive, demonstrating effective customer service throughout.

Mr previous glasses were not right at all but I left it too late to try and take them back. This time I used my new ones straightaway and they are so much better. The optician listened and advised what type of glasses were best for me. Then the whole experience to the end was flawless. No complaints.

My husband and I made our appointment online. We were attended to promptly. The staff was friendly and made us comfortable. They explained the various options and we're able to help us make choices to suit our daily activities. We were able to select somewhere closer to us for pickup.

Staff were very attentive knowledgeable and helpful. Comprehensive series of eye tests were fully explained. New vari- focal glasses were adjusted for the perfect fit and the assistant ensured I was comfortable in wearing them. They have resolved my vision issues when driving at night.
