If I could rate 0 I would. Signed up for a $1.00 for 30 day promo. From Nov. 24 to expire Dec. 25...(which it confirms on my account). They took $1.00 out that day and then another $1.00 the next day 24th and 25th of Nov. On the 29th of November they took out the renewal fee for 6 months at $164.95. This was not to be processed until Dec 25...as per the account.On top of that, they make it impossible to cancel.

Won’t allow you to delete subscription straight away im using a 3 day trial but saying I have to wait 48hrs. I’ve basically had enough already but can’t delete my account and it will try and take money for full membership. The terms and conditions does not say anything about waiting 48hrs and I’ve cancelled my Card just in case!!

I wish there was a minus 5 star rating, this company is a complete fraudulent scam, if you join ANY of their sites it’s impossible to unsubscribe, and when it says you have, they continue to withdraw funds under a different name. For sure, the only way is to cancel your card. I lost nearly $1,000 to them! Someone needs to charge this rip off company.

Absolutely, rip old age pensions off. Seems I hadn’t quite continued the cancellation properly and although I immediately explained that I believed I had cancelled my subscription, they refused to reimburse me and took a further six months subscription out of my account without even a courtesy email to say that they were doing this. This is happening to their subscribers all the time. To me £89.95 is a lot of money . They have no understanding whatsoever. I will never recommend Justseniorsingles to anyone, after being so unjustly treated.

My mom is 85 and happily MARRIED, and they are staying with me. venntro has been taking money from her account for over 2years now without her noticing it. We are from South Africa and battle to get it cancelled. Can anyone assist please. Many thanks

I wish everyone read these comments before joining membership of Venntro. It is a very bad company setting a trap for clients. I did not renew the new term due to some suspicious there (reported it but no response). My credit card got charged $150(NZD). The membership canceled through the website in the SAME day of expiry although difficult to find out the way to do it. Venntro refused to refund by saying the timing reason. Read the reviews all over the world, this business has no a sense of social responsibility at all, i.e., Being fair, why don't you remind your customers the date of expiry? Do you CLEARLY to say to 'cancel my subscription' before the time of joining otherwise will get charge ? You say you are a software company. Is it hard to you? or you simply want use this dirty way to Rip Off!

What a buch of scam artists. Bought one 3 month subscription from them and they used my card details to sign me up for another subscription of double the price on another website. When I compalined they said my subscription renewed automatically. How does your subscription of 3 months renew after only being a member for 2 days? And how did they get my credit card details on another site with out me entering it?

Have been charged twice for 1 month discounted trial subscription. Contacted the bank to report the fraud when money had been taken from the account without my permission. Not a company to deal with, just a bunch of fraudsters. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible company to deal with. There is no way to contact them and they refuse to answer emails. A complete and utter scam. They just take money out of your account . Do not deal with them.Utter scam.Good news. Have just received a full refund in my bank account
