Thank you for all of your help and kindness throughout our move. We appreciate all of the changes you allowed us to make without making us feel that we were a nuisance. The team you sent to us were brilliant. They helped us with the bits we hadn't managed. They were kind, respectful and friendly. They made us laugh and lifted the mood when needed. Our move took place early September '23.5 words for this AMAZING company: PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, KIND, GENUINE & EFFICIENT.Noel chose our moving team to include Matt, Steven and John. They made a great lasting impression!!Having disabilities in a family that needs to move house is filled with stress and emotion overload, but this company made our move fun and uncomplicated, they took on what we could not.Our mistake was that we were over confident that we could do all the packing ourselves, but after sending an SOS to Noel the night before the move, our moving team came with extra supplies on hand and a FIRM shoulder to lean on, figuratively speaking.It was like Matt, Steven and John took on the stress of the move for us, allowing us to relax and feel the excitement of our journey and new home.Matt seemed to know our every need, even when we weren't sure or were shy to ask, bringing a joyful smile and a willingness to go above and beyond.Steven and John were attentive, astute; perceptive and witty, bringing humour and making light our heavy load.After offloading, I was amazed at how thoughtfully everything was placed! We needed wheelchair access everywhere and our team made sure we had it, without comprimise and making unpacking everything so much easier.Matt made light work of dismantling and reassembling. This team were Truely amazing, down to earth friendly and solution minded.If I could give anyone a heads up, it would be to WHOLEHEARTEDLY, TAKE UP THE OFFER OF THE PACKING SERVICE.I did my due diligence and enquired of many other companies for their moving support, wanting every £ to work hard for us... Ultimately, NONE of the other companies came close to Noel's genuine care and responsiveness.In a time where inflation is hitting the majority of us, I can vouch that Northants Removals Ltd IS WORTH EVERY Penny & More!!Quite honestly, we can't thank you enough. Well, we are successfully moved and I wanted to say a massive thank you to Northants removals as a company and particularly the crew that moved us.They were great, quick, efficient, super helpful, friendly and really went the extra mile to make everything happen. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure we got everything sorted before they headed off - hopefully for a bit of a rest!You should be rightly proud of them and I really appreciate all they did.

Northants removals made our house move with a new baby stress free. The team worked really hard to ensure everything was loaded up in time, and helped us so much at our new house assembling furniture etc and really going above and beyond what was expected. Thank you!!

But not for a while hopefully!From intial enquiry to completion of the move the process went smoothly.This was the first time my partner and I had used a removals company so had many questions which were answered by Noel via email promptly.Moving day went extremely well, the guys worked relentlessly and efficiently, taking care moving all items, especially the more fragile pieces of furniture.A quick tip If you were to use Northants Removals, don't not pack your kettle! They work even better when hot tea and coffee is on offer.

Fantastic service from Noel & his team, they turned up early day before to pack our house and did a brilliant job and then on the day of moving the tam of guys work incredibly hard. They were very respectful of our property no damages to anything. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!

I contacted Northants Removals after I was charged by another company for changing my completion date less than 5 working days prior to moving. This would have meant paying twice for one service and I lost faith in that company as a result.In contrast, from the start Noel was clear that they would transfer my deposit across dates, should things change, and he was very calm and reassuring about everything.On the day of moving, the four men who turned up were polite and efficient. They got on with the task without any problems or complaints. It was lovely to hear them chatting and laughing as they went about their job. They waited patiently for a considerable time for the keys to my purchase to be released on an extremely hot day without complaint.Both moving out and moving in were completed very efficiently and I was very happy with the job they did.A big thanks to Noel, Matt, and the rest of team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the stress of moving home.

We moved yesterday from Leicester to Northampton. I contacted Noel at Northants Removals following a recommendation from my step daughter who he helped with her house move. Noel was polite kind and obviously knew his business so I booked with them.Prior to the move Noel contacted me to make sure everything was going ahead as planned and to confirm the times of arrival for the van and movers.Given that we were sort of outside of the usual area I thought there could be some slippage but the van and three gentlemen (and I use that word in its literal sense) arrived five minutes early.I was walked through the house, everything was noted and the process of loading was started. Not having moved a lot I was amazed at the time and effort put into the sequence of loading our possessions. Everything was put in place with care and precision, not one item was marked or damaged in any way and the whole process was reversed when we got to our new home.Overall we could not be happier with the service we recieved as indeed our daughter was when she moved. To get it right consistently shows that this is a company who really do care about what they do and I happily recommend them to anyone looking to move house in an area that they cover. Only thing left to say is thank you very much Noel and his team.
