Great place if you want a dog to join your family, you can meet the dogs, take them for a walk, see what they are like, reserve one or two, in a week take them home, Very friendly and helpful staff nothings to much trouble.

Very good basic no frills and friendly pet hotell. They took really great care of my Ziggy whilst she stayed on her short holidays. Recommend!

Love coming here to give the dogs some fuss, you can walk around the kennels and even walk some of them between the hours of 12-4, just take ID with you. Theres a paddock where they can run free, but only one dog at a time - would be great if there were a few more paddocks but when that's taken you can walk along the country lanes!The staff are all so friendly and take so much care of their dogs here. I wish we could rehome them all ❤️We enjoy visiting even just to give the dogs some love, walk them to help out the staff & get our steps in!

We rescued vinnie our dog from hilbrae five years ago and we use the doggy hotel when we go away as we know that he will be looked after fantastic and everyone is very caring

The work the kennels staff do with the dogs is great and they really seemed to care about them and know about the dogs, however the man in the reception was disinterested and rude and never even said thank you for the donations we bought with us, it's shame because I could see the kennel staff were excellent with the dogs.

Loved the place, the staff, the dogs, the prices, everything really.Our dog got loose in Ironbridge and she was brought to Hillbrae by the dog warden after a very kind couple found her. We picked her up the following day. Superb.
