Car’s battery went dead near rush hour and was worried that my car will be stranded and possibly stolen over night. Thankfully, these guys were very nice and quick enough to get a new battery and replace my old one in under 20 minutes. Saves me so much trouble. These guys are amazing

The female was a little abrupt on the phone, customer service could be improved there.However once I arrived, they were very friendly and helpful.Prices are easily 15%-20% better than Halfords or any other car parts store.100% would recommend.

I walked past with a broken trolley trying to buy a bolt and nut to fix my wheel. They gave me both parts for free and fixed the wheel up for me (I did offer money). They gained no money from this. They did it because they were decent people. So if that's how they treat a random passer by, then I suspect the customer service would be terrific.
