Would highly recommend. Very friendly and patient staff who take their time. Always do a great job with my acrylic nails and at good prices. I’ll keep coming back.

It was my first visit to J nail. I came here because of the high average rating. I did a shellac manicure and it lasted less than a week. One of my entire finger nail paint has come off and another one on the verge of falling off. Not a good quality

I've been going to this establishment for over a year and didn't have any issues until my last visit where I was left dissatisfied with the manicure, I contacted them via phone and they told me to return to their shop so they could see the issue.When I first had the initial appointment I made it clear to the individual fixing my nails to ensure the polish was on the smile line of my nails which she ignored. the set had already chipped after 10 days when it usually lasts up to 4 weeks before my next infill.I then arrived at the shop and explained my concerns and was seated a member of staff came to assist me and made a snide comment when the nail polish accidentally smudged I replied and said it wasn't my fault her response 'If you say so' I wouldn't normally complain as prior to I've been happy after every visit however I was treated differentlysimply for stating my dissatisfaction.Even after the polish was repainted it was done in a rush again I was unimpressed. That left a bad taste in my mouth I won't be returning back as it would go against my morals and it would continue to be a waste of my money. Hopefully this review will teach them to speak to people better and to show empathy. Customer service is extremely important and if this doesn't improve it'll be at the detriment of their business.

Have been here 3 times already and honestly the nails always impress me. Always take their time to perfect the nails and quality is always the best! Really recommend!

I've never been one to get my nails done regularly (usually just for special events). However, I've been to J Nail Spa 3 times now (3 shellac manicures and 1 shellac pedicure), and each time they have provided excellent service and lovely nail designs! They have wonderful, talented staff with great attention to detail. And the facility is clean and comfortable. I think I'll be getting my nails done more frequently now!

Lovely professional and clean nail salon. I came here by chance and Hiep did my nails to such a high standard I have continued to return. I love the attention to detail and pride taken in the work. Highly recommend.

Tracy is always absolutely amazing!! I LOVE my nails every single time. I have now been going to this salon every 2 weeks and I am in love. My nails have never looked this good and she's always rally nice and helps me pick colours 7 designs. The whole team there are just fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough ♥️
