Six months ago after a health check at the doctors I was advised to lose weight. Having tried many times on my own and failing I decided I needed to get help. Being very self conscious it was difficult to pluck up the courage to ask someone to help me. My fears were instantly dissolved. Natalie has supported me every step of the way, making me feel at ease with someone weighing and measuring me. There has been encouragement when required, excellent guidance, advice and praise no matter what the result at each appointment. Nearly 5 stone less now and life has changed dramatically, doing things I never though possible and feeling much better about myself.CWP 1:1 is amazing, Natalie even more so.

Natalie is great! I lost 2.5 stone with her and it was so easy I could flex the plan to best suit me, she didn't judge and pushed me when I needed that little kick start again. She's super friendly and knowledgeable and I would 100% reccomend her and the plan!

I'd tried other weight loss groups & other consultants before I finding Nat & my goodness, I'm so glad I did! She's amazing! The biggest difference is how much she genuinely cares about making sure you've got the right support; she's celebrated my achievements with me and given me a boost to get back on track when I've needed it. I've still got a little way to go, but I couldn't have got this far without her!

Natalie was an amazing Consultant from day 1. She always listened to me and gave me great advice. She understood where I was coming from. If you live in Coventry definitely go and see her if you want to lose weight.

I always have and always will battle with my weight but the 1:1 diet is the most effective plan I have ever tried. The products are tasty and there is enough variety of products for all tastes. Whilst Cambridge provides the plan it is Sarah who provides the motivation and support to keep you to it! Her wealth of knowledge in not just the 1:1 plan but also the mind set of loosing weight is second to none. Highly recommend.
