The staff are great, always helpful. The negatives are it's up stairs and the lift is frequently out of order. Seen lots of older people struggle on the stairs. Also sometimes it says open on website and it's whole shop actually closed.

Absolutely appalling customer service at the travel burea As a customer I do not appreciate 2 cashiers shouting at me When returning A parcel To the point being I just had to leave I did not return my parcel I went to another post office at the coop Which returned my parcels with no problems The 2 ladies at the travel bureau today need to go on a training course of how not to treat people I wish I could say they were young and Inexperienced but I am afraid to say they were Mature ladys" Absolutely disgusting customer service"

Ordered Euros for collection via the website. Guy at currency desk spends whole time on phone ignoring customers. Don't bother.

I always hate going into this post office. I think it's my least favourite one I have ever been in. The older assistant has a really bad attitude. Always an awful experience with her.

The more senior members of staff do not know the meaning of the phrase customer service". Consistently rude and always very slow - I've worked in retail for years and understand how frustrating some people can be - there is no excuse for how disgraceful their attitudes are."

I walked through the entrance under the huge post office sign and waited for ages in the queue at the counter to be told that the post office was actually upstairs. I had to wait for ages in that queue too when I was in a hurry. I did have a look on the way out and couldn’t see any obvious signs at the Post Office" entrance to direct folk to the actual post office so better signage please."
