They need an actually working phone for one. Called to make an enquiry and was met with a staticky noise of the person who just kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain. The phone is clearly on the fritz there. Ultimately they ended up hanging up on me mid sentence. I work with a post office too, so I get how it can be. But that's just rude.

This post office has got pathetic services. Lady working there in glasses is too rude and unprofessional. She is not helpful at all. I had my ist and worse experience there. Post office administration should look onto this matter

Unethical and stupid staff. No customer service and those ladies don’t know a thing about problem solving. Will not recommend anyone to send parcel there

I visited this post office as a customer every day for the last 2 years. Yesterday I was served by Charlotte, who is not only very professional but her standard of customer service to me and to other customers is outstanding. All the staff in this post office are brilliant, but sometimes when you feel that someone always goes the extra mile, they deserve an extra mention. Charlotte always delivers service 'with a smile', always helpful and I often hear her advising customers what options they have for deliveries etc clearly, concisely and efficiently. This branch is a credit to the Post Office.

Always good service here. I had to send some parcels and the lady serving was very, polite, professional and patient with me. I will now make this my post office of choice!

I have been using this Post Office for months, posting trading cards I've sold on ebay, consistently using the same type of padded envelope, using 2nd Class Signed for small letter postage, which I pre-purchase online.Today I was told that what I'm sending are large letters and I should get a refund and buy large letter labels for the 4 letter I was trying to post.When I explained that this had never been challenged before and all my previous small letters had been accepted with no problem, I was shown that the letters were large because they wouldn't drop through the regular letter hole, in the plastic template guide, using only the force of gravity.When I asked the girl to push it through and pull it from the other side, she refused, saying it has to drop through on its own.Then her colleague joined in, so I had them moaning at me in stereo.When I explained that their approach was frustrating and inconsistent, the girl said I should be grateful as I was clearly lucky to have gotten away with it before!"Really? I'm lucky to have been given conflicting information by so called experts and made to feel that I'm in the wrong!?They finally accepted one of the envelopes....why

The girls are always so helpful and don’t rush you when you’re at the counter. Very efficient and enjoy a quick chat with them while I’m there. Would definitely recommend this post office to friends and family
