Beware all payment machines did not allow to pay for parking by coins. Chose this carpark so i could pay by cash, i do not live in ipswich so was disappointed when i could only get my car by using a bank card.

Finding the paypoint if you dont use the main entrance was a bit confusing and could do with better signage, had to drive around the car park to pay and get out

Excellent car park. Clean, well lit, all repainted and signage updated, user friendly equipment, with multiple help points if needed. Lights come on with your movement, very cool and helps saves energy waste, tick for the planet. Easy to see why it’s one of the top rated car park in the town.

Well the system and app initially were rubbish. Calling customer service was horrendous. Thanks to Martin who helped get things sorted. Still a bit dark and dingy, but getting better!

All well and good parking, but you closed the access ten minutes earlier. Husband arrived back to get his car at 8:50 purposely leaving enough time, and you'd shut up shop, says online 9pm close, so he was unable to get his car and stuck out in the cold weather waiting to get picked up!!

Tidy and clean car park, and staff are helpful (if you can find any).meant to open at 5.45am as signs and website shows but several times in the last month or so, this hasn't been the case so had to park elsewhere.I park all day and leave quite late but don't seam to see any staff in the evenings. I had a couple if issues trying to leave (my own fault) but there doesn't seam to be anyone there to help most evenings
