Appliances Direct - Collection Point Huddersfield

Probably the worst after service offered by any company I have dealt with. Avoid buying anything from these jokers. Item arrived damaged and you cannot speak to the same person so even when responding immediately to an email it takes hours to respond and you then have to go through the whole process again. It’s so frustrating!!! A week on and I still have the damaged item as they offer you a date to exchange (eventually) and when you reply to agree they come back and offer you a different date as they do not read the full details. I am completely at a loss how this company has grown with such woeful customer service. Don’t try to call either it’s impossible to get through. Be warned if you have an issue you will be pulling your hair out. I am now completely bald!

Poor delivery service.Left my appliance outside. Paid for collection delivery didnt take it as it was too heavy.Appliance direct work with Arrowxl. They dont care about customers. Last time ive ordered with appliance direct.I paid for next day delivery, its been 2 weeks i was waiting for my appliance.

If I could I would give zero! Products are fine, luckily they didn't have anything to do with making them.The customer services are worse than appalling. After 3 months of emails and calls I'm still no closer to getting items collected and a resolution to other issues.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a BBQ. Chose Click & Collect as only live a few miles away from depot.On day of collection rang them as we hadn't heard from them...was told don't come, we haven't raised the paperwork, come back next week. After some discussion they agreed to deliver to us the next day. The next day they sent a message asking us to ring them, no the BBQ was not coming. They stated they do not give any form of compensation and neither would a manager speak to us. After spending far too much of our time trying to get a good outcome we requested a refund, as the implied terms & conditions of our contact had not been met by Appliance Direct.We were let down by shoddy admin and lied to when they promised a home delivery the following day.We are happy to take our business elsewhere.Absolutely ASTONISHED to read complaint after complaint exactly like ours.Don't waste your money, because it will certainly cost you your time!

Do NOT buy from this company, they delivered a smashed oven within its packaging. NEVER replied to a single email or message. Accused me of reporting it over 30 days from delivery when it was still within 14 days as I was talking to them. Each time I spoke to them on the phone I was promised a call back within 48 hours which never happened on several occasions. I woke up this morning (4 days since we discussed my replacement oven) to emails and texts saying the smashed oven is being collected next week without a replacement!! It's crazy how bad the service has been when something has gone wrong. I've ordered twice before from this company and never had a problem, but you can really tell how a company works once they make a mistake. Ruined my new kitchen build and now I won't have it finished for Christmas.

Ordered the wrong item, cancelled my order no questions asked and I had a refund in days. Very honest company, highly recommended. Brilliant service.

Appliances direct - potentially a good company but let down by very unreliable delivery. After a second failed ‘next day’ delivery attempt I gave up with them and cancelled my order. I placed the order with Currys - although slightly more expensive I was able to get the item on time to support my business and prevent any downtime.

I was very apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews but in my case I was worrying for nothing. The delivery lads that arrived early morning as we were informed were very courteous and professional. We ordered a washer dryer Tuesday night and it arrived first thingThursday. Perfect

**TAKE NOTE: 30 mins pick time when you arrive!Staff wise are great helpful but pick time, atrocious 1.5 Hour wait! around 20+ people have arrived after me and they have collected their parcel before me!Take the £9.99 delivery and save yourself a hassle.

Absolute Shambles - Took payment of a £1700 hob with a promised delivery date. Wrong item came (£100 extractor). Wouldn't resend the correct item until they collected the wrong item. And then needed 5 working days to unpack and test the wrong item before re delivering the correct item! So we now have no item and they have our £1700. Starting to think they never had the item in stock at all.Customer services a complete waste of time and better still can't refund for 5 working days!Avoid at all costs, way better companies doing the same prices with better services.
