My first renting experience has been an absolute pleasure, mainly due to the excellent team at WPM. They have always been responsive to any requests or issues that arose during my tenancy and everything was dealt with quickly.Highly recommended.

Amongst the proliferation of estate agents we dealt with in our recent search for a rental property, Williams Property Management was the stand out letting agent.Requests for viewings were swiftly actioned and Adam, who showed us round was friendly and knowledgeable. Both Mark and Adam impressed with their great communication- returning calls and replying to emails and texts very promptly. They provided a professional service and were a pleasure to deal with. I struggled to find a place to rent for a good year that was suitable for a family and within my budget. Other estate agents promised me that they would contact me when a 2 bedroom property would come up but they never did. I visited William Property Management and was greeted by Vanessa. She was lovely, polite and professional and even booked a viewing in for me on that day. The landlord offered me the property a few days later and Vanessa has been excellent with keeping in contact with me and answering any queries I had during the process. So thank you so so much for helping secure our first proper family home, it means so much!

Do not usually write reviews, but must thank the team at William Property Management. Mark, Adam and Vanessa have been excellent in dealing with our property move.We felt like we received that personal touch which can only really be offered by a small professional setup like themselves. With nothing being too much trouble. From early morning Sunday viewings (sorry Adam), to the post move tasks. Always easy to get hold of them on the phone and prompt replies on emails!
