Went a few weeks ago for bra fitting, the staff don't use a tape measure and guess on what your wearing spent over £50.00 pound. Since then been back 4 times as they have never fitted right and was told l could return them. Fair enough l was four days out of returning them so now stuck with five bra's and lost £50.00 the bra fitting service is rubbusb

Came in store just for one bra, ending up buying loads more! Amazing selection to choose from and 10/10 service to top it off. Was served by Jess and couldn’t fault her one bit, will definitely be returning to this store!

Never normally put a bad review on a business, but after being ridiculing for trying to use a discount and then my girlfriend being spoken to worse than someone would speak to their dog, I believe this is justified. No issue with Ann Summers the franchise, just certain staff at this particular branch.

got an out fit from hear; leotard and net stockings for my first photo shoot for pole fitness, and wanted something flattering, as i have lost over 3 stone doing pole fit. its good they have a dressing room to try clothing on as somethings just did not work with my body shape. the staff are ok but not much love for there job, a smile and acknowledgment would be nice, i felt under suspicion, i know some people steal, childish and play with things est, but not all customer are like that.but overall if you want to treat your self, i defo recommend going in :)

The worst staff ever. Boss should think about changing staff. I come today and wanna buy something nice one Lady said girls you come after work'' suggesting something (?). Other lady laught. We just go out. They lost customers. not recommended."

Absolutely love getting followed around the store and treated like a criminal because I look different. Staff are super rude and unprofessional and based off of these reviews very biased towards certain customers. Will not continue to support this store like I have in the past. Young blonde staff member needs to revaluate who she believes is a thief as I am a regular clientel of many similar businesses and refuse to allow myself to be treated as a criminal for browsing.
