Absolute life savers! Been trying to call a taxi all night before getting to this company and they sent out a cab straight away! Very friendly on the phone! Highly reccomend!!!

I called on Chris’s taxi from Tesco to drop me at Lime Grove Avenue and was charged £5 for a 3-4 minute ride. That's quite unethical and expensive, in my opinion. On top of that, the cab driver showed no courtesy of opening the vehicle door for me to place my Heavy shopping bag. He just sat there watching. This is a poor and unfriendly service on a Sunday morning.

Not the first time this has happened, but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly I was wrong. I pre booked a taxi for 9.30 as thought that was the wise idea just in case they were busy and gives them more of chance to organise themselves. Still didn’t turn up on time, and actually didn’t turn up at all! Unbelievable! No phone call or anything off them! I rang them 3 times and they assured me the taxi driver was on his way! 11pm still not turned up! Absolute joke of a company!

Great service, quick pick up and fair pricing

Came to our rescue today after a car break down in Carmarthen.Transported my elderly father home to NCE area. Came very quickly, driver very considerate. Would highly recommend

I am disabled and can't walk long distances. Twice now I have been left abandoned by Chris cars. Once I had called using tesco taxi phone as I'd lost mine. I was left waiting for over an hour with no show, I had to walk home almost passing out on the way. Another, I had nene told there was a 30 minute wait, 40 minutes later no show. I called back and turns out they had sent the taxi to the completely wrong place, another taxi would be with me shortly. 20 more minute wait and they had sent a different taxi company to collect me. Not using this taxi service again.

These guys are useless. They take on so many contracts jobs that there is never a taxi available during peak times.They hardly ever answer the phone promptly and the woman who routes the calls seems confused a lot of the time.
