Thank you for sorting out my old laptop. I am not a very confident user of tech especially now my dear husband has passed away as he was the one who set me up and who I turned to with problems. Tech I Solutions were marvellous when I was the victim of computer fraud. They came to my home and completely investigated my computer and installed improved virus protection as a matter of urgency thus helping me enormously at a very worrying and uosetting time. I cannot recommend their service highly enough

When I first found Tech ISolutions I was hopeful that they might be able to fix the cracked screen in my Asus Zenbook. It started quite promisingly as I phoned them on Friday and someone came round on Saturday to pick up my laptop and take a £30 diagnostic fee.I then heard nothing for two weeks. In this time I called twice however came to a prerecorded message that stated they were moving offices. Eventually someone contacted me back however they were not sure where my laptop was or what the cost of repair was (bearing in mind on their website and initially on the phone they were quoting an estimate of approximately £100). The next day I received a phonecall where they quoted me approximately £900 for the part needed (Bearing in mind the laptop was £829 at purchase)I decided to decline this repair due to the cost.This is when further issues started. I attempted to pick up my laptop at the address specified on their website. This address is not their address and they do not work from this location (Kingswood House) they were called and stated that I couldn't have the laptop back then and that's not where I'd need to pick it up from.What then started is a game of email cat and mouse as they simply do not respond to any email that causes them a problem. After refusing two pick up dates that I could work into my busy schedule and outright ignoring several other messages I have finally managed to pick my laptop up today.As it turns out they store the laptops at the business owners" house. As it turns out I can't find them as a registered company on companies house so this begs the question whether they are insured to store other people's personal property and information at this location as I'm fairly confident this breaches GDPR.The final nail in the coffin is when I received my laptop back the case was dirty

Tech iSolutions is a very reliable and professional company. Their staffs are very friendly and have always attended to my calls and email promptly and professionally. They fixed my laptop keyboard and now it works very well. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
