We've been working with Pavestone for over 3 years very successfully. Great range of patio paving and customer care.

Mixed opinions. Was happy enough with the stones I bought and delivery was great. Tried to email them a couple of times regarding a problem with one of the slabs (in the middle of the patio - typical) but no response. Will shop around for my next purchase I think.

Similar experience to others. The product is great, especially for the price, but the customer service is horrible.I had a really unpleasant experience when their customer service rep visited. He told me it was my fault before looking at anything but then admitted (some) fault. Pavestone relied on some weak legal argument to refuse a return / refund.Most people will have a great outcome but it's not worth the risk when it is your home / garden. I'd rather spend a little more with a company who will put things right.Edit following reply:I'm guessing that this refers to someone else. The customer service rep who visited me only inspected the smallest size of pavers where he admitted fault. He refused to look at the rest unless I (dressed for the office) laid out c90 pavers and scrubbed them by hand.

Very pleased at first with our Fairford slabs. But after 6 months they lost their colour and surface.We were told that it was Because our garden was north facing and had lots of trees and plants in the garden.I wonder if anyone else has had this problem, and have any hints as to how we can correct this problem.

Do not use any Pavestone grout products. They are usually out of date and they are not fit for purpose. Pavestone customer service is appalling. I am £12000 out of pocket because their product was faulty and they so far have done nothing to get this sorted. Currently issuing court proceedings against them. MY ADVISE SERIOUSLY DONT USE PAVESTONE PRODUCTS.

I've been using Pavestone for a few years now. There Sandstone and Porcelain are first class and so is there service.Thanks Michael Binek for going the extra mile, as you always do.
