Went for work training course, comfortable and spacious room. Also close near to center so no issue getting an uber to the location

I have worked with the team at Castle Cavendish for a number of years. They are extremely professional and very accommodating . Their rates are also competitive. Castle Cavendish is now my preferred training location because of the wonderful service they always provide.

Great customer service and excellent facilities. Our office is very well maintained, visitors are very well received and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we have what we need to the standard that we need it. We have been and am sure will continue to be very happy tenants!

I went here for a First Aid course. It was easy to find and access, parking was right outside and it was nicely Covid safe. The room was pleasant, toilets easy to find and very well kept, but the icing on the cake for me was free tea and coffee from a great machine. The receptionist was also lovely, and I enjoyed my course very much.

Castle Cavendish Works' virtual call answering service is shockingly bad. Many important messages were not being passed on by some of the call answering team members. One of our clients called with an urgent business request and left a message with the reception team. This message and several others were never passed on to us, making us look quite incompetent. Several of our callers complained about the awful manner they were spoken to by some members of the call answering team who seemed lost & unbothered. Callers were often asked to repeat their names several times. It was common to hear What was your name again..." (x4 times or more in the same phone call). On many occasions

A bureaucratic and authoritarian organisation. Until its respect for small businesses improves I would only recommend it as a last resort.
