I made some enquiries over the weekend and spoke with David intially, it seemed like he wasnt interrested and wasn't really helpful. I called back and ended up speaking to Matt who was pleasant and helpful from the start to the finish and very informative. As Matt was off on Sunday he said David would give me a call back to finalise the figures for finance but hadnt called me at all. Dissappointing as i had sent all relevant docs prior and was super keen on a vehicle they were selling. Unfortunately they have lost a buyer as ive now purchased a new vehicle elsewhere

My partner was very interested in purchasing a citroen C3 Aircross, so I drove from Bath to Glastonbury to view vehicle ( I live in kent ). I met Matt one of the sales team, very charming and professional. I looked round the vehicle and test drove, I was happy with the vehicle so we had a deal, Matt told me he would let his partner know (also called Matt) about me coming down viewing and will make a deposit in the morning with the extra warranty to purchase. My partner would have a new car happy ending. Not so happy, I received a call at 10:23 from Matt telling me the other Matt has just sold the car. We'll as you could imagine I am not pleased, they didn't even call me to ask if the offer of me and my partner still wanting to buy the vehicle still stands, just a call to let me know that they have sold it instead.Be careful who you deal with. Chuckle brothers spring to mind, very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing Dealership, Very friendly and non pushy professional atmosphere, very knowledgeable Salesman called Matt assisted us on the day we popped in to browse.Quick and easy sale, Test drive was available on any vehiclePlenty of time to view this vehicle and others, made time to collect this car from their compound just down the road.This is our 2nd car from there now and I have no issues returning time and time again, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out on both viewing day and collection a few days later.It's not surprising they are still in business after so many years, I used to play in this area as a child and they're still going strong now, thank you again Avalon Motor Company.

I recently purchased a car from Avalon Motors which regrettably sustained a fault which proved difficult to remedy but all through the process Avalon were extremely supportive and in the end agreed to take back the car with a full refund and minimum fuss. Highly commendable.
