I was shocked by the reviews if I'm honest, as I've had a very good experience so far. Theano and Dawn have gone above and beyond to help us get our home I'm very happy. You guys are amazing!! I have to admit Theano is my new best friend. I love our house! My husband is very happy with the property and the work undergone by Ron and anyone else involved. Tassi Lettings doesn't get enough credit, I 1000% recommend them to look after your property. Thank you all.

I've given 3 stars as we were let down initially with the agents not being proactive in advising us well. Therefore legitimate rental increases were missed and our income reduced because of Tassi's lack of monitoring the status of each property. Since we have been dealing with Tracy my confidence has increased as she seems to be working hard on our behalf to sort out some tricky problems. Time will tell if we feel totally confident with Tassi as a company. Thank you to Debbie and Tracy for keeping on top of things for now.

I've been in my rental property through tassi lettings now for over two years. The property is viewed every six months to check on how the property is being kept and to see if any issues have a risen. This is a good thing for the renter and the owner of the property in my opinion. Any issues I've had with the property have alway been dealt with in a very short time. Very pleased with the service I've received from Tracey...and Debbie. Thanks guys

We are very very happy with our experience with Tassi so far.Dawn has been unbelievably friendly and considerate with amazing response times!Theano has been very helpful and kind and has gone above and beyond for us!We are overall very grateful for the whole Tassi team and would definitely recommend them in the future. They have looked after us throughout our search for a house to rent (which hasn't been easy!) and it was lovely to feel as though they were rooting for us!

We’ve confirmed the viewing for many times, however, the agent Dawn Walker didn’t show up. She’s unreachable neither by phone or email, and she explained that she thought the client didn’t show up so she left right away, but without any notice! Never try this agency again!
