Easy to pre-book online. Carpark very close by, is pay and display. Lovely trip. There is a bar and hot drinks on board, cash only! Lots of knowledgeable information is shared with humour during the trip. Very enjoyable.

My family and I had a fabulous afternoon trip on this lovely boat. We sat on the upper deck, in the outside area at the back and turned our chairs to face the water, and this way had a lovely view. I'm not sure why the chairs were all turned with their backs to the water, because then you have to either sit facing everyone on the opposite side of the upper deck, who are blocking the view, or else turn and be uncomfortable in your seat. The captain's guided tour of the waterways was interesting. We didn't see much in the way of wildlife, though we did see a couple of herons sitting patiently by fishermen, and a few Grebe with their young. I would recommend booking in advance and being there promptly for the best chance of getting a seat, as there were a number of people standing.

Great experience. Easy to buy tickets online, and easy to find. There is parking there, which you do have to pay for but it isn't expensive. Would recommend getting there earlier than your selected time, as you will need to queue, however there's a lovely pub right on the river where you can have a meal or drink beforehand to pass the time. The boat tour is great, very informative with a good sense of humour as well, and there is a bar on board. Plenty of seating and you will see a lot of beautiful Norfolk scenery.

Great way to see around Horning through the waterways. Lovely boat with friendly staff. Great views from the boat. Wonderful decorated main deck.The coffee was very watery and not very coffee tasty.

Amazing!! Love it so relaxing! Lovely customer service too! We had booked for the 1pm trip.. however, missed it. Due to a miss read so called the number. They were very happy to change our booking to the later sailing. Glad that one wasn't fully booked.Great commentary as we sailed down the broads very knowledgeable about the area and the different species of birds in the area.

Brilliant trip loved it everyone was friendly!! We chatting tona few people on the boat!! Lovely!! Tiring day for me!! The had a bar and all drinks and snacks which was great!! Xx

What a great little trip. The guy running it and rest of staff very friendly and helpful. Had a ramp and helped my mum in the pre booked wheel chair, but be warned, the facilties are not really wheelchair friendly. It's a boat. Toilet didn't look big enough. But if you can wait to get onshore it's all good. Recommend trip. Great area, great boat and excellent well stocked bar at good prices. I've moved my 4 stars to 5 as let's be fair, although it's not great for the less abled, it's a boat so what do you expect. I'd definitely recommend and would go again. Oh, parking in the area not great so get there in plenty of time.

Had a fantastic if not a little wet sunset cruise in August. I cannot recommend highly enough, the whole crew were very friendly. The skipper provided a great commentary on the outward journey and allowed children young and old to have a go at controlling the boat on the return, while a local musician provided a background to the stunning views. Many thanks for a great evening my family loved it.

We had a lovely 2hr river cruise. The staff were so friendly, informative and helpful. Great commentary with some good humour. You can also get a cuppa and cake or other snacks on board. There is also a toilet on board. Good value for money, we paid around £30 for two late September. Would definitely recommend.

We had a brilliant time on the steamer last weekend. We were a party of 3 one in a wheelchair, one with mobility issues and me, helping them both.I had checked previously about disabled access and was advised that it was fine. The ramp to get on was easy to manoeuvre and not too steep so it was easy to push the wheelchair up. The downstairs cabin was spacious enough, there were 3 wheelchairs on our trip and there was lots of room.We positioned ourselves so that my aunt was facing front so she could see out of both sides which was great.There was a commentary on the outward part of our journey, and what I could hear of it was really interesting but it was much too quiet, neither my mum, nor my aunt could hear it all and because we were sat in the busy bar area it was almost impossible to hear.The hostess did ring up to the skipper but it didn't seem to increase the volume which was a real shame.The staff on the boat were all very friendly and helpful getting on and off the boat and we had a lovely afternoon.We didn't need the toilet but I didn't notice any disabled facilities so that may be worth bearing in mind. There are public toilets at the car park next to where you board the boat with radar key access to the disabled toilet which was nice and clean when we used it.I would definitely recommend it for a day out xx
