Where do I start? I came in for a suit and was greeted by Josh who was extremely helpful. He found me the perfect suit but the fit wasn’t quite right. He located the right size and got it ordered in a few days later. On picking it up I was unsure about the type of shoes and shirt that would go with it and again Josh helped me achieve the perfect look. Josh is such a valuable asset to the company and is so knowledgeable, friendly and puts the customer first. In addition to this Big Steve and the other fella kept me in good spirits and gave me great tips and advice about suit etiquette. Josh even recommend a tailor to get my trouser just that little bit more right. I can thank you guys enough. I’ll definitely be coming in for more suits. Enjoy the donuts!!

My husband had a great experience getting a suit to fit. Copy was particularly patient and met each enquiry with a positive outcome. Definitely shop there again.

Fantastic service and attentiveness for the short notice I provided, only bad point was I didn't get the individuals name!When they didn't have my size trousers in, he called every store in a 50 mile radius to see what was available, and even walked me to the local tailor and introduced me when there was no luck and had to provide a size up, will absolutely be returning in future!

You might be thinking: Can I find a nice suit here? Will they be friendly and helpful? Are they going to help me pick out a suit that will hide my love handles? Will they be my friend? Is it too soon to ask them to help me move? What if they don't like me? What does that say about how strangers perceive me? Am I losing my mind? Why isn't SNL funny anymore??Yes, you can get nice suits here, weirdo..........And it's alway too soon to ask someone to help you move.

There is a step to access this shop, although they do have a small ramp they can put out. Manual wheelchair users could use this ramp, some may struggle and power chair users may struggle with the gradient of it. Once inside, the fitting rooms are up two large steps, with no lift or step free access. There are more fitting rooms upstairs on the first floor, however there is also no lift access to these. Despite the access issues, staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to work within the limitations of the store.

Great service here. I had a suit which I had bought 7 months ago and was out of return period. It hadn't been worn but no longer fit me. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding and exchanged the suit for me after checking the condition. Great service from start to finish

Do NOT hire a suit from this store.Tuxedo turned up in a horrific state.A huge deep crease down the centre of the shirt.A double crease down the middle of each trouser leg. Both items of clothing looked like they'd spent the last 2 weeks crumpled in a ball.A big, dirty, green mark on the most visible section of the collar.I had to spend almost an hour and a half just trying to make the suit look wearable.Customer service since has been abysmal.After emailing customer services I had to chase to get a reply, I was then offered £40 in compensation (suit hire was over £120). That was over 3 weeks ago and now I cannot even get a reply to accept or reject the offer. Chased 3 times and still nothing.Disgusting customer service.
