Medicare Clinic - Cardiff

When you arrive at the medical centre, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Dr Justyna Witczak, was very professional and helpful. I was listened to and made to feel nothing was a problem. We travelled from Scotland to see Dr Justyna and we would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for your help.

I met with Dr Jagoda regarding gynaecology issues and can I just say what a wonderful woman. The smile the warmness the lovely comments she has just been fabulous, not to mention how she listened to and provided me with the best care. I hope this reaches her and her exceptional team x

A very knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere. I've had an appointment with a gynaecologist who thoroughly explained everything without making me feel rushed. Unlike other medical practices that I've visited in the past, where you would have to pay double the price and have just a 20min slot for an ultrasound and consultation, or not even be able to get in without a GP referral. At Medicare they really care about making you feel good and thoroughly going through any health concerns you may have. Dr Jaworska didn't make me feel rushed at all, and even though my consultation took longer than what I had it booked for, she kept reassuring me to just take my time in explaining everything and was able to put my mind at rest and advise of any other tests/scans I should have and when it would be the best time to do it. A first class service. It shows that there are still medical practices where the patient's health is a priority, where you don't have to worry if your appointment will be cancelled or if you will even get through to be able to book it. Worth every money, even though, when comparing to other private practices I've visited in the past, they're charging less for a better service. I'm very happy they finally opened the clinic in Cardiff. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I am very pleased with my visit, which went smoothly. Dr. Witczak and lady who performed my ECG were amazing , the entire staff of the clinic was very friendly. Definitely will use their services again

Modern and very clean clinic.Polite receptionist.Unfortunately the dermatologist’s English was very basic ,the timing of consultation was very short as the doctor clearly was struggling with the words and the whole conversation .We were expecting a bit more of a professionalism for the amount we have paid.Disappointed

We have dealt as a Business (RentaDefib) with Medicare Clinic for a few years. They are very professional and well presented and we look forward to continue to do business with Medicare in may years to come.

Great medical centre. Fantastic thyroid Consultant. Took time to listen and talk about issues throughout consultation. And sought an alternative method doe me instead of blood tests due to needle phobia. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Medicare was very good, especially since I have been looking for some blood tests, and it was really hard to get without a referral from gp. Thank you!
