Staff are very friendly and accomadating, I felt at ease ( even at my age now I get anxious at going to the dentist) but I was made to feel relaxed and calm making my experience more comfortable. My new dentist was friendly, sensitive to my needs, considerate of my anxieties and I was happy with his treatment plan. I felt hapoy to go ahead with the treatment so hopefully that all goes great too!

I get really nervous before and during a filling, I have a fear that I will feel the drill in my tooth nerve. Dr Krill was so calming and understanding, he was so quick and calm the whole filling took less than 10 minutes, really fantastic dentist, thank you!!

I am wheelchair user and access to the practice was not the best, but I am able to push myself up the ramp, which is quite steep, but other than that access was simple enough. The staff where very accommodating and very helpful. I was only waiting for about 5 minutes before I was called into see the dentist. My experience with the dentist was very relaxing, I'm the kind of person who doesn't really like the trips to see a dentist, I haven't had all good experiences with dentist's, but I felt relaxed and comfortable. I was treated really well, with dignity and respect. The dentist and all the staff were really polite and professional. Like I said, the only issue I have is how steep the access ramp is set. I can see it being an issue in the rain. I can not fault the whole team at the practice, they're all very nice polite professional people. 10/10 from me.... I appreciate the help they gave me and the way I was treated was above and beyond... Thank you all, I am grateful for your help and time.

Service is great, staff are polite, very happy with my dentist.Only giving 4 stars because there are never any parking spaces out the front available.Would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff, checked me in quickly. Have always had good service and felt welcome here. I had a new dentist for the first time in a while, she was very clear and reassuring along with the dental nurse. Thank you

It took more than one attempt for the dentist to find the tooth that I chipped , even though I showed him which one it was.. I assumed I was booked for a full repair only to find it was a temporary now I have to re-book, more cost not impressed..
