Situated in a busy town centre. But ample space in the shop. Place to sit and relax for hot drinks. Toilet available.

Staff at Colchester branch were brilliant, really helpful & friendly. The staff member who helped me with my velvetiser 'birthday treat' purchase yesterday was so attentive and knowledgeable and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Fantastic service all round and just shows that good customer service really does go a long way. I will definitely be returning and very happy to recommend. Just a shame I never managed to ask her name.

We visited the store today for hot chocolate in the café and the experience was 5 star as always! The staff are always so kind to my son, making him a small hot chocolate and giving him some ice cream when he was upset. We were served by Chloe - thank you so much!

Terrible place to get a hot drink, was served ahead of about 5 people they all got their drinks first, even though my order was just as easy as theirs so no reason to not serve in order.But once I questioned why my drinks hadn’t come out I simple got “your have to wait we are busy”, they wasn’t busy they had forgot.Simply own up to mistakes that’s fine but lying nope simple one star I won’t be returning.

I went in to buy a nice classy chocolate gift and discovered it has a really nice coffee shop too. So I had a latte and thoroughly enjoyed not only the drink but the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service.

This has been a great safe haven for us at lunchtime, we would have a choco shake , and the staff are extremely nice! would visit again and again! the products are very nicely laid out and easy to move around. its a shame there are not as many dark chocolate variants in the range
