Phone operative was very rude, you didnt have to speak with attitude. Next time be more polite instead of speaking to a customer requiring a taxi with attitude.

Never using them again. While they are not rude, so blaze, twice I used them to pick my son up from school and both times they were 15 minutes late, then when I said can you go as quick as you can I've got to be there in 20 minutes the driver went OH YOU SHOULD HAVE LEFT MORE TIME THEN SHOULDN'T YOU? I was like well you was supposed to come at 11 am not 11.15! Asked the guy at reception if I use them again could they be on time if I use you again and he didn't take any notice and was blaze about the hassle it's caused me so if you do use them, book them for 20 minutes because you actually need to leave.

The worst taxi service I’ve ever attempted to use.I had a must-catch train to catch and needed a cab at 7am. I booked the evening before and cud hear someone in the background repeatedly querying my address, saying “I’ve never heard of that before”. The road I live on has a simple, memorable name and can be easily searched on google maps or sat-nav. I suspected they just cudnt be bothered with the journey as 7am is early for some and I’m 10 minutes out of the City - really shouldn’t be a problem for a professional outfit but this isn’t a professional outfit. The person on the line ensured me it would be fine and I chose to trust them rather than my instinct.Next day, no show. I rang and the person from the background from the night before picked up and gave the same “I’ve never heard of that before”, as if they would know every single road in Leicestershire. Why hadn’t they searched for my very simple, memorable road name in google maps? Or called if they were having trouble? They claimed there was a driver driving around my village looking for my road which I know is a lie because I was out on the main road and can see cars come thru. No taxis there. Missed my must-catch train.Amateurish - never again - avoid.

been using quick cabs for 2 journeys each day from averi road to leicester royal infirmary ,no!! complaints,bit of a wait some nights but leicester trrafic terrible! allways turned up,drivers ok taxis ok

The worst “service” to ever steal the term. Left me right in the proverbial while I was stood in pain after my hospital procedure. And demanded cash up front. My cash was home. Absolutely useless. Avoid these jokers.

Hardly ever get a taxi . Not exactly cheapest taxi . Staff are rude and clearly most of the taxi drivers hate their job as they are miserable and always complaining . Dont have any taxis after 10 o clock . Every job seems too much for them and I'm sure most of them lie when on the phone once you tell them where you are and where u want to go they go quiet mumble for second and say no cant do it. Never use anymore . And I don't reccomend

Do not use this firm. I ordered a taxi on Friday and booked it for 10 pm the next day. They did not turn up and left me stranded with no way to get home. I tried calling them and nobody answered. Absolutely shocking service. They should be ashamed.Roger

Ordered 3 cabs over 2 days for school trips and 3 were 25-50 mins late. All were pre-booked. Our school office will now not use this company and move to a more reliable service. How can you run a business so badly and expect customers to stay loyal. You have just lost quite a few thousand a year from a school that uses many taxis throughout the year.

Paul came today pick me up and was not late at all. I booked the taxi yesterday and had no problems with this company. Happy with my ride today. All went fine. So well done!
