Absolutely terrible place. Cheeky untrained staff who vape while working (which is illegal). Bought a vaporiser that turned out to be faulty. Even though there was a 3 month warranty, the staff wouldn’t warrant this. Go to “ecig” on Graham’s road. Far better products and customer services. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Im a regular customer at EV, staff are friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic variety of flavours, great if you fancy a wee change. If you have time there's a practical area to relax, have a hot beverage and chew the fat. My only gripe would be that on my last two visits one assistant on duty isn't enough to deal with demand, nothing against the staff, just the lack of, if not for this I would have awarded 5 stars

Great wee shop. The business was my go to while living in Edinburgh and I am glad I found one closer to home. Very friendly staff, who are always helpful and happy to chat and give recommendations.
