Disappointing. The female staff are extremely rude and unpleasant… manners should be taught to them. I spoke to them kindly, as I do to all shop/retail workers, but the attitude I received back was unacceptable. This was extremely infuriating especially since my three younger children were present and that is not the manner examples I am trying to teach them. The worker that I found gave me the worst experience was the manager Terry. Terry spoke to me in such a vile way, I felt worthless. I should not be made to feel that way when I have simply came out to shop for my family. I am posting this so I can warn people of this behaviour. Once again, unacceptable and unpleasant. Not shopping here again.

I have booked twice to get the Flu Jab. Asda Wigan calls just before you get your appointment time to say they don't have a pharmacist. Why have a booking system online. Surely you would think the booking system would only work when the Pharmacist will be in the shop. Very poor. I feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with the mess.

Went for the first time today as working in area. Went to the cafe. Asked for an All Day Breakfast Brunch and the cook / server rolled their eyes, huffed and walked off to do it like I'd really inconvenienced her by asking her to do the job she's paid for. The food was poor. Extremely dry, overcooked and borderline health hazard. A starving dog would have thought twice about eating it. Staff in cafe were disintereste, abrupt and frankly rude. Luckily, I never have to visit again.

Nice store. Staff are normally always rude. However, parking is dreadful. About 60 disabled spaces that no one uses. Then you come to the parent and child never a space. Everyone in them does not have a child and ASDA could not care less. But if you park in a disabled space without a badge my god PC trolley men have something to say. Utter jokers!

Looked online. Stated product in stock. Drove across town, parked up, searched the shelves, nothing.Asked to be told we don't sell it. Pointed out that it's online as available in the store only to be told we don't sell it. The gentleman who was sent to assist me was quite rude and needs a retrain in customer service. What a waste of my time and expense to just return empty-handed. The clown in charge of the website needs a kick up the ar$e.I'm expecting the same copy and paste answer as everyone else, with no change in the staff attitude despite numerous people pointing out the problem, it remains. You lost a customer

Supporting a lady who is disabled and the trolley didn't fit her wheel chair. Went to customer services and they directed us to security. What can I say they got us assistance and the gentleman was only 18 years old he just started in security. He couldn't do enough for us he helped to push the trolley. Even assisted with helping to find items that wasn't there. He put the food on the belt and even packed the car with the shopping. He was so polite I didn't catch his name but you have a fantastic member of staff working for you.

Rude staff here all over the place specially at check outs (these guys think they are doing us a favour, but they don't understand they work to support the supermarket self-shopping system) and staff refilling shelves. Something in me makes them think they are somehow of a better race. I used to live in Media City Manchester where never felt like that in any place.Edited.This keeps happening last time being last week 05/10/23 between 9/10 pm.Description is not needed as all the women there behaved the same, oh my goodness disgusting being stared at like I’m garbage and don’t desire assistance with the unreliable self check outs. BTW I was spending £120 in shopping

Although the shop is very large and takes awhile to navigate around and purchase your goods, it more or less has everything in store. The downside is that they like to move stock around very often, so your shopping experience can be frustrating if it's your regular supermarket.
