Found dealing with Dan when selling my Breitling quite obnoxious through messages, constantly trying to force the price down, and quite patronising Do you know how much a service costs" . Payment came through very slowly had to chase it a few times. Contacted again about selling another watch and was told he didn't take consignment when I'd never asked for such

Where do I start? I found this gem of a shop through a friend who recommended it. Since then I have bought 4 watches from Dan and will keep going.Not only are his collections cool (loads of vintage stock) but his prices are really reasonable for example a recent his and hers watch that he sourced for ME came in considerably cheaper than Watchfinder.Dan has a great knowledge of watches and their history and (without trying to sound like a wingman), he is an all round great guy.

I have dealt with dan on a few occasions now for a number of reasons and every time has been a delight. He has recently completed a refurb on an old Rolex of mine and i couldn't be happier with the result. the work has been completed to a high standard in a short time frame and for a good price.i cant recommend him enough!

Absolutely 10/10 service from Dan. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to answer any questions, be it big or small. Dan also goes the extra mile, he took time out of his day to personally drop my watch off after being altered. I will definitely be using his services again!

Great experience dealing with Dan! Very knowledgeable about his products and does his research. I wanted to buy my hubby a watch for our Ruby Anniversary but wanted to keep it secret. I knew nothing about watches and Dan was more than happy to give advice and information to help me choose the right one. I'm delighted with my purchase. Dan looked after the watch for me until we came to collect it and played along with the surprise. Hubby is over the moon with his gift of course and I am very grateful to Dan for all his help. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
