EYG up dated my girlfriends conservatory by removing all , left brickwork replaced roof double doors single door and windows , and did 150% work it’s now a new conservatory well happy , thanks to EYG and the 2 johns .

A french door replaced 2 windows in our lounge. It looks fantastic, adds light and sunshine.Would highly recommend the fitters John G and Razz for their excellent work.Dean also came and finished off adding hooks, skirting board and flooring.A perfect job, everything looks great.We are looking forward to having our conservatory windows an roof replaced in the spring!

Although the work carried out was great, this company is sadly lacking in communication skills. Having paid off my doors in full, a monthly payment was still taken. I emailed about this after several weeks (I did expect them to reach out to me) about returning this overpayment but still have no reply. Would not recommend, they seem very disorganised.

It was disappointing that the two men who installed the artificial grass that has now tucked up over the winter have no other experience of this product and we’re not able to rectify the problem, so we are still left with an unresolved issue. Where do we go from here?

Garden room/office constructed by EYG. Two lads built it up over nine days, very pleasant and efficient. Had to wait 44 days for an electrician. Difficulty in contacting the head office in Hull, who didn't really show any customer care. Instead dealt directly with the Newark office who did everything they could to help.

We had a total window and door replacement plus conservatory.Minor issue 18months after fitting. No problem, phone Carol and she sorts it.No passing you onto another department that never picks up, none of that just a conversation to explain the issue and like I say Carol sorts it.Fantastic quality windows and doors and a conservatory to die for.With excellent after sales servicewho could wish for more.
