But, it turned out to be simple and stress free with Robinson Michael & Jackson.From valuation right through to exchanging contracts they handled everything for us in a very sensitive way. We will be completing at the end of this month.Both Mark and Angela were professional at all times, clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I dropped into this branch recently as I am looking to buy somewhere but wasn't exactly sure of what I was looking for or what options were available to me.One of your sales advisors, Claire (I didn't get her surname) was so professional. She took the time to go through with me, listening to what I wanted (although I wasn't always clear) and presented some great options based on this which actually really helped clarify things. I actually felt someone cared about providing an excellent service which can be a rare find.I just wanted to let you know if this is the high standards you set the rest of your Sales team, all business now and in the future will be with you guys!
