Oak Health - Osteopathy

I've been working with Wes for nearly a year now on back and sciatic problems,he couldn't be more helpful I've improved my overall back health and posture thanks to him,if you've got a problem with your back I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I have been seeing Wes now for 10 weeks whilst dealing with a herniated disc in my lower back. He pinpointed the exact area before I had an MRI Which confirmed his diagnosis. He waisted no time in commencing physio treatment to ease my discomfort.Wes has been instrumental in my ongoing recovery with a tailored core exercise program. Every week we discuss my progress, and in particular how we will increase duration/ intensity of my current exercises and new ones to followAt the time of writing my posture, core strength and overall well being have improved massively with the expertise and knowledge from Wes. Wes was recommended to me by a colleague when I was struggling with a painful shoulder. After the initial assessment Wes was able to pinpoint the problem & did some manipulation. He explained every step of the process & was able to recommend some stretches & adjustments to my posture to help. After a couple of appointments my shoulder was pain free.

I then received tailored care which alleviated a back spasm. Would highly recommend. I had tried everything for really bad sciatica, medication, chiropractor with no relief. Attended Oak Health and after a few sessions the relief was tremendous. I now have no pain at all. I now attend every three months. Can highly recommend Oak Health Osteopathy.

I'm a mechanic and as all mechanics know our lower backs suffer after years of the job . Wes is not only a nice , friendly guy he also knows his stuff about your back , joints and the pain. With just a few sessions and some exercises I'm moving , working and feeling so much better . If you suffer with your back he's a must see osteopath.

I found Wes at oak osteo after my lower back went on me at the gym. Only took two sessions for a complete recovery and have been having regular maintenance sessions since. The improvement I’ve seen in my posture and other small niggles I used to put up with in 2 months is unbelievable! Would 100% recommend Wes to anyone having mobility issues or even just for an MOT!

Went to Wes on recommendation having suffered shoulder pain for a long time, on the back of years of on and off physio and pain clinics. I am now for the majority pain free and Wes allowed me to identify the problematic area which was not the location of my pain under my Shoulder but was in my Thoracic region. I still get niggles but now I feel I am able to intervene with exercises that stop the niggle turning into pain. I Cant personally thank Wes enough!Pete.

Visited Oak Health for back pain and sciatica. Wes has a holistic approach to pain relief. I now have much freer movement in my back and joints and have no pain at all.I can thoroughly recommend a visit to Oak health if you have even slightest back problems
