Couldn't ask for for better service. Calv was polite, professional and explained what I needed to do re handing my car over without my V5 and did everything for me within 24 hours making the whole process simple. I was very happy with the price they gave me for my vehicle that was beyond road worthy. Thanks

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to. The staff were so friendly (both Calv in the office and Austin who collected my vehicle) and helped me scrap my car with ease. They sorted all the paperwork and the payment was received the same day. Not only was this easy, the price for the scrap was also more than I was expecting. A great friendly service! Would highly recommend!

Been calling since Friday to try and organise to collect something. Keep being told to call back a following day as they haven’t sorted it, which is fine. Was asked to phone back this morning, I ask if there’s any chance it might be sorted by tomorrow as ideally I need the item by then, and have just had abuse hurled at me down the phone. Swore at me, told me he has bigger problems than I do, and was completely rude, then told me to call back tomorrow and hung up. I don’t care if you’re stressed or having a bad day, you don’t treat people like that, and as if someone will call you back to do business with you after you’ve just acted that way. Thanks but no thanks. Would post a zero star review but apparently that’s not possible.

A Very Polite and a Top AAA service from the company , you ring up Kalvin who is the son of the owner BOB has decades of expert advice / experienceI called up and within seconds they find the part I'm looking for & not only was it a rare part - but also at a great price .. thanks lads & old boy Bob .. very professional & polite.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Within an hour of first calling my car was being picked up. Fair price, and money was in the bank by the end of the day. Both Calv, who I spoke to on the phone, and Austin who picked up the car were both very friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. They made the whole process so easy. Thank you!!

Called up yesterday wanting parts for 2 vehicles before I could even ask about the other car the fella I spoke with hung the phone up. Immediately called him back where he then bit down the phone saying that he was really busy before I could even say why I had phoned back, wouldn’t even bother contacting again, had better customer service from other localish breakers, shame as have used them multiple times in the past but seems to have gone down hill drastically, shame as it’s right round the corner from me but will put the extra miles in now to source my parts
