Even giving them a 1 star is being generous. I have never had such bad customer service experience. I called them first thing in the morning to just get some clarity on their services. The receptionist informed me that all there staff are on a line and that they would issue a request to call back. Why am I having to chase 5 times throughout the day and still be informed that all lines are busy. The receptionist told me that they marked me down as an urgent customer call back but I still haven’t received any calls. They don’t care about their customers. Don’t waste your time with them. Very unreliable.
