I phoned to have 25 Birthday invitations printed out, what you'd think a very simple task right? They told me it would take a week and a half, no room for negotiation, a curt take it or leave it, phoned a competitor and they did it the same day!

£5 minimum charge for 1 photocopy is extortionate. Went to Imagex instead they did it for 50p.What good is 50 copies if you only require 1. Still a Rip off.
