The guys in Queensferry sorted me 4 new alloys and two tyres. Got the alloys ordered in, in a couple of days and worked around my busy schedule. All fitted, balanced and aligned in an hour! Faultless and the car looks class. Thanks

Experience at Checkpoint - Carl and his team.They fit me in on the same day of ringing for an MOT. After ringing around other garages and nowhere having availability for me. Checkpoint did, they also had no availability and found time to put me in.The service that was provided to me was very quick, I was booked in for other services to be carried out on my car which resulted in Carl and his team running over time by 45 minutes! They shown a lot of knowledge and they gave me great feedback on both occasions of a service being provided.Everything was done efficiently and quickly.
As far as I can see, the quality of the work was great. My car feels great to drive now,

Rang Checkpoint first thing on a Saturday morning as my suspension arm on my car had snapped after hitting a big pothole and they were superb. Got me in straight away, replaced the part same day and I was expecting a huge bill and was very pleased with the total cost! Highly recommended!

On a Saturday morning, I needed an alternator replaced urgently.I phoned Checkpoint who fitted the job in with no notice and they completed the repair within a few hours. Very reasonable price and excellent professional service.I will defiantly be using Checkpoint for all future car repairs and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Took car there for an MOT and service. They turned up at my door saying they’d taken my mobile number wrong, the car had failed the MOT and needed two new front springs. They charged me £240 labor and £260 for the two springs. With the MOT and service this came to £650. They then told me that the tyre pressure light was on and would not clear. (This has come on several times when the tyres have dropped below the correct PSI and I have never had a problem clearing it). They then set about replacing the sensor and confirmed that it hadn’t fixed the issue, at this point they had kept the car for two days. They then told me that I need a new ABS sensor and that might fix the issue. Phoned them and they said I was okay to come pick the car up so I walked down to find my car still on the ramp with the wheels off. They allowed me to take the car away until the ABS sensor comes in as long as I paid. The price at this point had jumped to £750. Took the car away with the promise they would call me as soon as the sensor came in. Its been another 2 days, not heard a peep.Never had any issues with the sensor prior to handing over the car and the suspension was not making any noises or leaning on any side. Terrible customer service.UPDATESince posting this review Checkpoint have contacted me and done everything they can to put the situation right. They spoke to me very respectfully despite the negative review and were very apologetic regarding the circumstances around my car. At this point they had already been paid so they stood to gain nothing except to change my opinion of the garage. Fair play Checkpoint, my car runs well now and while the circumstances around my car were unfortunate, the way you dealt with the complaint was very professional.

I had a lovely experience with these guys from my first call. Spoke to Antonio over the phone about replacing my shocks and springs which I had brought myself and needed fitted as I have an old mini hatch. Antonio was polite and reassuring when I was uncertain and then when I took my car in i asked a millions questions and no questions were unanswered by the guys. Antonio and Carl were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and quick. Will be using them as my go to garage from now on.

Had my ford fiesta repaired here. The staff was able to fix the car in half an hour and provided an excellent service. Staff are polite, have a sense of humour and are welcoming from the second you walk in. Highly recommend checkpoint Queensferry!

Took my car in for its mot and it failed but checkpoint couldn’t have done more to help me get my car back on the road.Honestly can’t fault them in any way!. from sorting out all the multitude of issues that included rust repair to keeping me informed on progress with top notch customer service.I won’t go anywhere else!
