We have just had a loft conversion carried out by ATR, what can I say, exceptional, every member of the team was considerate, polite, understanding of the fact you’re still living in the space below, always cleaning up at the end of the day, never wanting to be in the way, but on top of this, all the work carried out quickly and to the highest standards, don’t usually do reviews, but ATR are deserving of this one, we’re so overwhelmingly pleased with the end result & that we chose this team to do it, can’t recommend them enough, thanks Aaron, Danny and all the team, outstanding, thank you.So... from having the loft done, we then decided to bite the bullet and have an extension to the side, there was only going ot be one team to do it ATR !! and we literally cannot thank them enough, again from the very start, the lads turned up, cracked straight on, so professional, polite and a real understanding that this was your living space and they wanted to cause as little disruption as possible during the work, always had a laugh with them all, even when we were changing our minds about things, every conversation with Aaron, nothing was too much trouble, even when they had started the brick work and we decided to change it, no stress, no pressure, just of course mate

We used ATR for our loft conversion earlier this year and were very happy with the work carried out. The team were prompt, very friendly and carried a lot of pride in their work. I don’t think a single day passed where there wasn’t a team of people on site progressing the works which was a welcome sight! Nothing was ever too much hassle, they were always willing to answer any questions I had or fulfil any last minute requests as the works developed.The finished product was exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend ATR to anyone thinking of having any work done on their house and if we ever get any future building work done then Aaron will certainly be my first port of call without hesitation.

Aaron and the team made our loft conversion an easy and stress free experience.We had specific requirements for the build which were met to the letter.Mark and the guys that did the work were professional and courteous from beginning to end.The schedule of works was clearly set out at the beginning of the work and we were kept up to date all the way through.The house was left spotless after the work which, considering the amount of dust and debris created is no small task.Aaron has helped with advice, before, during and continuing to do so with DIY work after the main build.

We had a loft conversion creating a new bedroom, bathroom and storage space which has transformed our home! From start to finish there has been quality workmanship with no gaps between trades. ATR also removed our chimney from the dining room which has given us more room and was completed to a high standard. ATR are very responsive to any questions or issues arising making you feel and provide a very professional and friendly service. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Atr did our loft conversion earlier this year and I could not be happier. They started and finished pretty much on time despite snow mid build. The workman were really respectful and friendly and happy for us to make tweaks to the plans. Any issues were fixed quickly and I am so pleased with the overall result. Had the interest rates not gone up so much we would have used them for a downstairs extension which unfortunately is now on hold., I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

ATR - Professional & Reliable CompanyIn the summer of 2023, ATR completed a loft conversion for us which has been completed to an excellent standard which we are absolutely delighted with. Work was completed on schedule as per the timeframes given by Aaron. Family and friends have visited upon completion of loft conversion and they have been highly impressed of the quality of workmanship and finish.Currently we're having downstairs work with an open plan kitchen and living room along with a new study room and shower room. This work entailed an extension and knocking down lots of walls! Noise was kept to a minimum and ATR have been very respectful of our property including ensuring the property is kept clean and tidy at the end of day. Work is progressing very well with completion due as scheduled in the coming week or two.Danny has been project managing and overseeing the above work and is an absolute star. Always on hand to provide advice and willing to source particular colour roof tiles through to door handles and switches.It has been an absolute pleasure to have ATR and their wonderful, professional skilled workforce working in our property over the last 6 months. The staff are very polite, friendly, courteous and respectful (also testified by our lovely neighbours!) and always on hand to give advice and support.A massive thank you to Aaron, Danny and each and every ATR member of staff who worked in our property.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ATR and have already done so with friends who are planning on having some work done.

We honestly couldn't recommend ATR any more!ATR recently did our loft conversion. From start to finish, they were excellent. All the workers on site, were polite to both us and our neigbours, this is super important to us. Nothing was too much trouble. Any question we asked were answered in a timely manor.The finish was to an extremely high standard. With any snags fixed swiftly with no complaints.We would use ATR over and over again, should need arise.

We were delighted with the work done by ATR to create our lovely loft conversion in summer 2023 in Leeds. The team were very timely, stuck to their quote, and always polite and friendly. Most importantly they’ve built a loft conversion (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) which looks great and we love!).

ATR completed a loft conversion for us in October 2023. We are extremely happy with the end result. Massive shout out to Mark, Benji, Calum, Phil, Daz for the amazing roof job, Mickey, Stevie and Carl for sorting out our dodgy electrics. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. They were friendly and professional, nice guys to have around! Looking forward to having them back for extension next year.

ATR carried out our loft extension in January of this year. I found they kept to timescales really well, were clean and caused minimal disruption whilst working. Prices were very reasonable and when issues arose they always dealt with them quickly and fairly. Sometimes things go wrong and when that happens you really find out what a company is like, in this case I'd definitely recommend. Workmen even fixed some issues we'd had that were not due to the loft extension. Great customer service in an industry where its not always easy to find somebody trustworthy. Thanks ATR
