Dreadful. Ordered a costume for World Book Day & got a notification that the item had been dispatched, only to get a message two days before WBD to say they had cancelled my order with no reason given. Would not recommend and will not be buying from them in future. Beware!

Bizarre! I ordered a swimsuit and was told it had shipped. Then on the day it had apparently left they sent a garbled email to say it had been returned undelivered by “the courier” (Royal Mail) because the package had been damaged and the product was “water damaged”. It’s a swimsuit, so quite how that can be water damaged I have no idea-I’d understand if it was book or kindle, but swimsuits are meant to get wet, surely? It was clearly a lie because it was sent too soon for the Royal Mail to have attempted delivery and return it. They must not have had the product in stock, but I would much rather they own up to that rather than feeling the need to make such a weird excuse. Wouldn’t trust again.

Cannot recommend Fancy Fresher enough. I had troubles with my order (through fault of my own) and they couldn't do enough for me to put it right. Sign of a good company IMO. Staff were friendly and approachable and the gear I ordered was top draw. Wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again

A tad smaller than I expected and not as wide range of stock. Reasonable amount of fancy dress costumes. At least you get to see the kind of quality on offer

Visited yesterday for a costume. Guy that served me was very helpful even looked in the warehouse to see if they had other sizes. Gave me other options and choices. Didn't get the costume I wanted but went away with another one which i'm happy with. Cheers.
