I’ve used Wards Dover several times now to buy and sell properties and have always found them to be professional and work hard for their clients. Recently we sold our house and purchased our new home through them. Being involved in a chain it wasn’t straightforward and they really worked hard to get the process to complete.Big thanks and special mention to Ollie, Greg and the team who kept us updated, stayed professional throughout and I can safely say that I was relieved we were with them and not some of the other agents involved. It proved experience and integrity wins the day! Would definitely recommend Wards Dover estate agents.

Wards were dealing with the sale of our property and the communication was initially good, no problems there. Once they sold the property that's when things changed. Communication was terrible, unanswered messages, unanswered emails, rude Wards of Kent staff from their central team who you tell them what the issue is and they don't take any notice and then ask you what the message is even though you've just told them who you are and why you are calling.

I found Wards Estate agents to be professional, friendly and extremely prompt in helping me sort out my house for letting, and also when responding to my many emails. They organised my viewings very quickly and they found me tenants very soon after my house was advertised. Their photography was so professional and looked great. I found them a pleasure to work with and they provided me with lots of advice which really helped when sorting out my house. They were patient, and absolutely lovely to work with. :)
